I'm getting ready to sell my 02 Q45 and my contact at Infiniti says they can no longer pull the records... does anyone know if this is true? When I bought my 2005 Q45, the dealer had no problem getting me all the records. Does anyone on here have access to the Infiniti database to get records? Any help would be appreciated!

If your car has not been at an Infiniti dealer in the last six years it will fall out of the Infinitinet system. The regional and national offices won’t have any information on it either. Sorry for the bad news

It sounds like Infinitiace1992 knows more on this than I do, but it might be worth a call to Infiniti corporate to see if they have them archived somewhere.

I’ve noticed the dealers don’t want to talk about the older cars at all, it bs you can’t even get an oil filter at the dealership. Luckily I had my service record ran years ago.
You should still be able to get the monroney still too. I just don’t go to the dealer anymore.
I just had the brake lines serviced, they didn’t get a penny. :domo:

All manufacturers are required to product replacement parts for 20 years after production ends. For the G50 (Q45) in the United States that would have been 2016. The G50 platform was still produced as the Nissan President in Japan until 2002 So if you’re very crafty and have time, money and patience you should be able to find most parts in the home market for another year or so and have them shipped. Won’t be cheap or easy.
