Will it work?I'm looking at one for sale, and I need to know if it will work before I jump up and buy it.

Well, don't the Q's have Traction Control? Would that matter?

Sorry I'm a bit late but it will work but has a tall 3.54 gear. Not sure of that's what you're looking for.

q45 lsd won't work...I forget why exactly, but it won't bolt up. The only infiniti diff that will bolt in is the j30.

M30 diff has different mounting points, and the Q45 diff is the R230V and is physically too big to fit.

well, I hjave a Q45 LSD and a J30 LSD sitting here now.The Q will fit with a little creative bracket welding, but will make the rear of the car sit higher by about 1/2 an inch.

Can you take a picture of the two side by side?

if I would have seen this thismorning, then I could have, but the Q45 is now back under the Q where it belongs. It was out for a freshening up and new traction control assembly for the LSD
