I drove my car off the freeway and noticed that my engine started bogging down and it hesitates and dies as soon as i reach the main roads. Soon after i restart, it works just fine. I only experience this problem when I drive on the freeway but when i'm on normal street roads it i have no problems. my friend diagonsed my catalytic converter because of this big gaping hole of smoke spewing out of cat. After i change my cat, do you think that would solve my problem? I just changed my air filter two days ago. But problem happened before changing air filter and i never drove it on the freeway since then. What else can i do to prevent this from happening?

Was thinking about cleaning injectors, changing o2 sensors and changing spark plugs and wires.

It idles at 900 then when warm like 700rpms.

Are you sure there is a hole in your cat? The cam covers often leak, dripping oil onto the precats. The car doesn't have plug wires, so don't plan on that. It's a pretty reasonable drive to Miramar, have Jerry Tucker tell you what the car needs rahter than blindly swapping parts.
