Q engine in S14

I'm watching some initial D and they mention a Q engine in a S14 with no turbo. What engine is that, what are the stats, and where was it offered. I thought all the japanese 240 (or sylvia's to be mroe precise) had the sr engine...

89 Nissan S14 hatch SR20DE

silvia K's came with sr20det and Q's and J's came with sr20de , the none turbo version, i think they make about 140hp
