hey all, i'm looking into possibly getting an fx45 in the near future. i was just wondering if all the models equipped with the technology package have the push button start feature? i know the tech package offers the intelligent key but i read somewhere that earlier models you still had to turn the ignition to start the car. i am looking for genuine push button start like in the new vettes or s2000's. if that is a feature on later models, please let me know. thanks!

Yes, new FXs with the Intelligent Key option have push-button start as well. Without I-key, it's still a standard keyed ignition, though.

I'm not entirely sure which year they switched over to keyless, though. I think the change was made for 2007 models, as that's when most of the rest of the Nissan/Infiniti fleet made the switch as well.
