I had a response from a member that I believe hit the nail on the head. I have a Factory Service Manuel. But it all Greek to me. I dont't know if I need to go to the dealer for a diagnostic, or is there a test or procedure I can do my self. I called Auto zone they have a $60.00 part for and ignition and a complete system for $313.00 I problable would need the ladder. Anyone had this problem. Thank you in advance. Respectfully Joe

Autozone has an ignition switch for a Q? I'd be really surprised... but who knows for sure... For $310 I'd get the whole lock set from Joe at http://www.everythinginfiniti.com

Looking at my notes from my alarm installation, it looks like the blue wire is the one that goes to the starter. So with your multimeter in the DCV (up to 20) setting, it should show 12V with the switch in the start position. Verify the color codes with your FSM, since they may have changed in 1991 or my notes could be wrong...
