and I got initial D straight from japan off of ebay. I'm selling it as soon as I get my paypal account set up correctly.
this is what it looks like, all japanese text in the game, very hard to play, but it came with an english manual, so I somewhat know my way around the game.
I just don't like the physics, since I'm so used to GRID.I'll let it go for 40 shipped once I get my paypal set up, I just bought it brand new for 60 a week ago.S133P3R wrote:

Grid is a terrible piece of **** of an arcade racer pretending to be a serious game.EpicNightMayor wrote:GRID = Amazing
Red, whats ur PSN SN? I added a few people yesterday and not sure if i got your SN from here.I only tried the demo of grid and like the drifting portion of the game, if i really want some challenging simulation races Ill hit up GT5P for now. nothing beats taking down 16 cars at Daytona speedway in a Suzuki Cappuchino!Red coupe wrote:Grid is a terrible piece of **** of an arcade racer pretending to be a serious game.
I will never pay 40.00 for pretty much a screwing demo of the real GT5. whens it supposed to be coming out anyways?S133P3R wrote:Red, whats ur PSN SN? I wouldnt say its as much a demo, more or less just a simulator with no frills. tuning is limited and so are the courses, cars are ok. the races will keep me busy as there are a few that will take quite some time to beat. I heard that there is no real plans to release a GT6 in an interview with the main guy from GT series in "Import Tuner" I think. friends, how ever have assured me not to buy GT5P as the full version is due out any time now.... hmm, I may have to research this.EpicNightMayor wrote:I will never pay 40.00 for pretty much a screwing demo of the real GT5. whens it supposed to be coming out anyways?
Do you want Initial D for 40.00 shipped before I throw it up on ebay?email me at [email protected] so we don't flood the PS3 ID thread up with talk. but yeah, if you haven't added me on my epicnightmayor account on ps3, do it, i'll be on it tonight.S133P3R wrote:I wouldnt say its as much a demo, more or less just a simulator with no frills. tuning is limited and so are the courses, cars are ok. the races will keep me busy as there are a few that will take quite some time to beat. My updates keep erroring out, kinda pissin me off now that you said more cars! I cant even get online to play, but i still need major practice with the damn controller since Im used to a wheel.Biggamehit wrote:gt5 is far from a demo ...... if you don't get in on the game now.. you will be far behind. you don't have to buy the game again. you will simple download the expansion for free. its already up to Spec III more cars and physics get better each time with an update.
I hate the ABSS133P3R wrote:anyone using an Apple Base Station (ABS) to connect to the network via wireless? i cant down load any updates for GT5 nor play online. I know there is a connection issue with the ABS connecting with some games, does anyone know how to resolve this or a link to a good PS3 site?
What series do you race in?Biggamehit wrote:I am a real racer in reality
I'll send you an add next time I am on.I only really have GTA4 and Battle Field Bad Company, but I do like some GTA4 racing.S133P3R wrote:Red, whats ur PSN SN? the game quality and driving physics have improved a ton since the PS2 days, the graphics alone are amazing. Also, you can buy the 2007 D1 spec Blitz ER34 Skyline, which is one of my favorite cars and just fun to F* around in. The reason I asked if anyone had the ABS is because I cant play GT5P online nor download the updates for it. BAH! (COD4 works fine tho) guess Ill stick to Juiced 2 ($8.99@wal-mart) the REAL RICERS, I mean REAL RACERS SIMULATOR.Red coupe wrote: I'll send you an add next time I am on.I only really have GTA4 and Battle Field Bad Company, but I do like some GTA4 racing.
Maybe I will have to pick up GT5P, but I find computer racing games to be MUCH better... Calling GT4 a sim is a bit of a stretch.
