Wow...well done. Good narating and left hand shifting. With that budget, very impressive. That one hot pipe connector made me spit coffee up.

Jesus man your lifters sound like caca lol. I can't hear what you saying all i hear is CLACK CLACK CLACK LOL. But the car runs pretty good and the setup on the turbo looks pretty good, I dont think that downpipe looks that bad if it doesn't leak then it works lol.

You can get a lot of steel ubends at napa for really really cheap. I think i bought my 3inch ubends for like 18$ at napa. That way the downpipe and the piping can be a little bit smoother. If your using 2 1/4 piping is even more cheaper.

Well I know you were just trying to do a kit for as cheap as possible but I was just wanted to tell you cuz your said you were gonna take it to the track. Oh well Nice job on the kit and cool video.

Very intertaining video. Awesome video work given the circumstances. Ive seen worse with someone in the passenger seat holding the camera with both hands. I think the oil drain line was the most expensive part on the whole setup. Awesome DIY work. Sounds like you have a marble under your valve cover, Keep us updated

You should use the bosch BOV, it can be had for 5-10 on ebay.

The "high pressure" Bosche Bypass valve is cheap and works very well. Then again, you're only boosting a little. If your RB came with a Bypass valve, you could use it for awhile no?

You are aware that are two yes? One with a stronger spring, hence the higher pressure

I've just about got the bov that came with the rb on there. It's a dsm bov, and seems to work pretty well at the low boost, but I still have some sealing issues to deal with. Pics to follow.

Be careful, you get a bigger turbo, and you might have to sell that RB. Maybe that is what happened to the person you bought it from.

Sweet! I wonder if a turbo could be ounted on the end of the manifold where you blocked it off.

Virtually nothing. Initially I pulled a bunch of timing (with the distributor) and then started turning it back up until I got minor detonation. Then I backed it off a couple degrees. Not scientific, but it works fine.

Perhaps if it was made to be a bottom mount, or else you'd have no place for the DP to go.
