Regardless of how you wired it, those things are bunk. The signal the car uses is very general. If you really want a proper reading, you should use a wideband sensor/gauge.
Furthermore, you're going to read at least a little on the rich side (or toward the rich side of stoic) because cars are tuned to err on the side of rich rather than blow up.
As for the tach, I have to ask... was your stock tach not good enough? Why on earth would you want/need two anyway? Make sure it's on the RPM signal wire and has a good connection.
