I was wondering if I could use a s-14 SR20det transmission with an s-14 KA engine??? I did a search on here and didn't find anything, if anyone knows please let me know, thanks.

Google works wonders.
you will need a ka bell housing ,clutch, flywheel, etc.

Really, I do usually use google because its just easier but didn't figure they would have much about it.
