Privacy mode enabled?

I have a 2015 Rogue S model. Why is it that some incoming calls show on the audio system screen as "Privacy mode enabled"? The call is coming from my husband, who is certainly in my contact list. I've had other vehicles with Bluetooth and this is the first time I've ever seen that message.

I am not sure if it is the same thing, but does it mean you are using the phone to answer the call instead of through the car audio system? (but the phone is still connected to the car)
