well they have batteries and they get the nickel from mines in canada and the mining causes acid rain. then they ship it around europe to get refined in like 3 refiners. then the refined materials are sent to japan to be made into batteries. and with all the refining alot of pollution accrues there for more harmful to the environment.

Thats a fast way. There are some more facts in there. Like the land surrounding the nickle mines in Canada are inhabitable due to pollution.

They say that the a prius is responsible for more damage to the environment before it is even sold then a owning a hummer for 5 years.

Top Gear says the same thing you just said about the Prius and its battery.AND-they also put a Prius on a racetrack and have a new M3 following it close behind; it turns out the Prius wastes more gas on the track than an M3...

Just type in M3 vs Prius on youtube and it'll show up... It's a cool vid.
