I was told that in order to ground the transmission properly, you would need to remove the driveshaft to get to the location. Is this true and that the ecu grounding is pointless as the housing is plastic. Is this true or was someone trying to blow smoke?
Smoke blower's anonymous!

Transmission and ECU are THE most important grounds...

I'm around. If you want a QUICK response, email me USERNAME @yahoo.com

I think I'm going to buy another Nissan/Infiniti just to keep myself active on the boards lol.

I'm a horrible Fabricator! I have access to a Pathfinder/qX4 and I haven't done a prototype yet. I'm sorry :/

Hey can i get info for a 07 G35 5AT kit shipped to 20878. I would need the performance. How many wires total come with it? Would getting the 'show' reduce performance?
Thanks
Nick

Coupe or sedan? I believe pricing for both are in the first post in this thread. All of the kits except the Altimas have domestic shipping included in the price listed.

Can I get a price for a 06 Altima SER 6MT including the ECU wire shipped to a business at 18222? I know the kit price is on the first page but I'm just curious about the kit plus shipping cost.

Quoted price includes shipping. Actually all of the kits except for the 4th gen altimas include shipping.

Awantay06 and ephyouckay good luck trying to get a reply back from him. I paid for a kit over a month ago and still haven't received it yet. I even got a USPS tracking number but it shows no activity. I sent several emails over the past week and a half and have gotten no reply back from him. I'm starting to thank he just took my money.

:bigthumb:
I finally got a reply back this afternoon saying he has finally shipped it. The tracking # show activity to my city. So everything should be good now.
:bigthumb:

I would diffently buy from him again! :dblthumb: :dblthumb:

I had some problems getting my kit as well but I want to throw my full support out to Sentient. He is a great fabricator and does what it takes to make things right. I had ordered a kit right before X-Mas and it wasn't shipped until jan 4-6 and i didn't get it until the 7th. I received it and it was the wrong kit, so i had to send it back. Nate paid for the return shipping and promised me a new kit. He ran into supply problems and my order was delayed even more and he wasn't able to get it out until I had left for college. Nate not only sent me his kit as soon as it was done, but he also issued me a refund for the problems.

It took a good while but the kit it excellent quality, the directions were easy, install took 20 minutes, and I'm glad I made my purchase. Nate is a stand-up guy and does whatever it takes to make things right. If there's problems, you should text or call Nate, because he'll respond faster probably. But again, i throw my support out to Sentient for sure. :mike

@Rustie18, The price is in the OP i think for every kit, read through.. As for payment, he sends an invoice to your email and you would pay through paypal, however you would not need a paypal account to pay. You could use a card if you wanted but if you have paypal then you obvi. know how it works..

NO WAY! lol

It's my fault for taking orders in the middle of being super sick and having a crisis on my hands.

To all those reading this, I've been a member on NICO for like 6 years, I don't plan on going anywhere and would just return your money if for some reason I couldn't provide a product. We're doing some restructuring over here to make the purchase/manufacturing and shipping process smoother which will be a benefit for everyone.

Yes, I'm still making these. They're too beneficial for the vehicles for me to stop making them. Prices on the first page are still good.

I did this at one point. Let me know how much power you plan on pushing and I can determine what you'll need. Stock alternator only pushes 130-150 peak amps, keep that in mind. My 4 gauge is rated for 150, I believe the 0 gauge is somewhere around 300.

OK, so I am interested in the grounding kit, but have read that on the newer cars it really gives little to no advantage since all the factory grounding points are fresh and corrosion free. i have a brand new 2.5 SL., will i see a noticable benefit?

My kits don't replace existing grounds, they offer more efficient parallel circuits. So, what you heard doesn't apply. Fuel economy, CVT response will change, audio benefits, possibly throttle response.
