Hi Alvin, darkmessenger wrote:I am interested in buying, but...I have a 3 month old 09 Altima coupe 2.5 CVT... Reading over all the posts on this thread I think I saw some people mentioning the grounding kit won't improve anything on new car? Is it true?

Hi Alvin,
No, what you read is NOT true. Everybody's got an opinion and everybody's got a butt...lol
The 2.5 Altima CVT should see improvements in throttle response, fuel economy, and useable power. There are NO claims of it increasing power, just that is allows you to keep the CVT in the powerband versus it shifting early.
Typical fuel economy increase is 2-3 mpg. One 3.5 A/C got 6mpg (better than EPA estimate).
I can get a 2.5 kit up to you for about $65ish.

I'm sorry bro. I feel like one of those horrible companies that keeps puting off completion dates.addiction41999 wrote:Have you gotten a kit together for the 2005 Altima 2.5S? I'm crazy anxious to try this out! Thanks!

Email me and lets do something AFTER this weekend.
Thanks!headhunt3r wrote:Installed this kit, and it definitely gave me some more mileage with my CVT. Any chance you'd make one for the Sentra w/ CVT?
Recommend this product for everyone!
Won't happen unless you can find me a local Trailblazer for measurement/testing. Are you on any Chevy Trailblazer forums? If you want to set something up, then I'm game.ZOMG.SR20 wrote:
and I need a kit for a 2003 Chevy Trailblazer thank you
Sorry that this has taken so long. I'm still finalizing the grounding points. I really don't want to guess and send something 10k+ miles away that won't work properly.Nytcrawler wrote:Hi Sentient, I was communicating with you via email a little while back, and last you told me you were in the final stages of doing a right hand drive kit for my Japanese V35 350GT. Have you managed to finalise a kit for me? Has been some months now ....
I'll check the Sentra forum to see if anybody answered my thread.wingedmark wrote:is there anyword on if you will make a grounding kit for the 2007 sentra cvt?
The grounding kit does not include the alternator to positive as this is not a ground.bodiby wrote:I have an 2006 3.5 Altima. Does your kit have a cable for positive terminal to alternator?
Hey Bryan,altima777 wrote:Hey Nate,
I sent payment Oct.6, for a cola 3.5SE CVT altima coupe (2008). I havent not heard anything from you since. Has the item shipped?

Technically, yes. The big 3 is covered by the grounding kit and that 1 positive wire. If you're going to be pushing super high current and plan on going aftermarket on the alternator, then I'd suggest buying the complete big 3 AND the grounding kit as the Big 3 has 1/0 wires and an in-line fuse.bodiby wrote:duhh - you got me there on the grounding kit not including a positive wire.
My initial goal was just to do the big three. After everyone's glowing reviews I want both. If you added the one wire to the grounding kit, that would cover the big three, correct. How much for that?
