Yes!

I usually give them a 50% off discount AND a credit for every referral that buys a kit up to a maximum of the price they paid.

So, the tester can get the kit for free if they refer a few guys/gals.

Important NOTE: I need somebody with a stock engine. If they have an SR or RB, then the grounds will likely be different and we'll be back at square one.

If you guys want kits for all engine possibilities (including FI apps), I'm happy to accomodate, I just need multiple test vehicles.

Are the engine the same size (not displacement, but physical size)?

If not, then the kits will be different between the two. I don't do that "One size fits all" none sense.

Ok. That works for me.

Kit should be on the very affordable side as there won't be too many grounds, but hopefully it will still benefit you guys who may have corroded or inadequate grounding.

Do you have any laying around for Altima Coupe 2.5? If so, what colors?

Just wanted to add my experience -

Nate was very prompt with response and shipping, and I was relieved when the package arrived with very thorough and clear instructions for installation, step by step with colour photos. I had the kit installed on my G35 in about an hour with no problems.

One thing is clear - the stock grounds are horrifyingly inadequate. They use flimsy wires for major ground points, bolted straight onto painted metal. In addition to installing the kit, I ground down all the contact points for bare metal contact, and replaced all the stock connectors with new ones to eliminate the existing corrosion.

The result? A lot more than a bundle of wires has any right to do. Throttle response is razor sharp and immediate, and shifts in drive are smoother and quicker. Manual mode is about the same, but I never use it anyway Even the idle is smoother! I wasn't expecting such a difference, but it just goes to show how crappy the stock wiring is and how good Nate's kit is.

Highly recommended, it should be the first mod anyone does!

No. I haven't. I've contacted a couple of individuals about using their G37s as test vehicles, but nobody has actually done so yet.

I'm always happy to design new kits for different cars for my NICO buddies. As such, if you can find a G37 owner (around my area) who's interested in being a tester, I'm happy to design a kit for your cars (there's also a little "thank you" involved too).

Hi, I wandered into the NICO forums for some car stereo advice and found your grounding kits. Needless to say I am interested in purchasing one for my car, 2006 2.5 Nissan Altima.

Please let me know if they are still available and if not any place you could recommend would be appreciated.

Thanks.

I've gotten a lot of requests for grounding kits for your model year, but haven't had the opportunity to design one yet. The last attempt was at dusk, in the rain at a San Diego NICO meet.

I'll post a thread in the Altima forum to see if I can't get someone in my area to be a tester.

I can't recommend another company, but I can tell you to steer clear of the Active Tuning Kits. I've had the "pleasure" of replacing one of theirs with one of mine *shakes head*. Over-engineered, "universal", and completely effectless.

Thanks for the heads up on Active Tuning, I was looking at their site but did not feel comfortable, and it sounds like for good reason.

I will be hanging around the boards until you can hopefully design one then I will be in line to grab one.

Thanks. zer...04546#

Contrary to the skeptics beliefs, I don't sell useless crap. The kits must be on at least 1 test vehicle. 2-3 would be better.

Awesome! When I post up in a forum that doesn't know me, I usually have to fight for 2 weeks trying to convince the guys that grounding kits DO make a difference. Very tiring. Having "one of their own" post up makes this much easier.

I'm out in Riverside. Depending on where you're at, and when, I can possibly come to you too. Your cost would be 50% of the final cost, then you have the option of referring others and reclaiming that 50%.

I'm not sure what the cost would be without doing a thorough inspection and measurements, but it should be pretty low. Maybe $50- $60 at most.
