Is that more likely motor, or regulator?

You could pull door panel and clean and re-lube regulator ,brakleen first ,then I spray dry lube first then cover the track & wire with white Lithium grease . I replaced a skipping motor ( gears bad ), and from Rockauto $13 motor . I found that the window was slightly slower with that Cardone re-man part. My track had 25 year old caked white lith grease is why I did all the clean & lube.
So , an old dirty regulator CAN slow down the window AND overload the motor , eventually ruining it . BUT the replacement motor can have it's " natural " speed be different , happened to me . Not too much slower.
Getting in there and servicing the regulator MAY allow the motor to work faster , and maybe no need for a new motor . You leave panel off until your satisfied of integrity of motor and regulator track.
I feel it's done right when window action is immediate , steady and has no 'sticking' spots , ya know. :yesnod

Try dousing the rubber channels heavily with "wet" type silicone before you go pulling things apart. Slow windows are usually just gummed-up. Pathy regulators are pretty reliable and don't jam easily, so if silicone doesn't help it, the most likely culprit is dying motor brushes.

Oh yes , that's first , I apologetically assume everybody gives it " the old College try " , and hits the top guides ( rubber channels ) first with either silicone or dry-lube.

Last year I replaced my battery that was testing bad at the parts store. All my windows got faster immediately. I thought they were gummed up and was going to clean them but turns out the power was low. Hope this helps.

With that suspect battery as such , you may notice windows going up faster when idle brought up to 2000, and EVERYTHING off in the car . Maybe more or less noticeable in that scenario , just another quick test .
