Well I though you could use a ka24de powersteering pump on our CA's but nothing lined up haha, after doing some research i read a few posts about using a rwd ca pump so i went to the junk yard and pulled a pump out of a ca20e.

Well i just got home and it doesnt seem to want to allign. The holes look like they might allign but my oil dip stick tube (the one that goes to the oil pan) is in the way. Is there a "trick" to putting this on? Maybe the ca20e one doesnt fit. Anyways does someone have a ca18det one around they're willing to sell?

Does anyone know if the ca20e pump in fact does work or did i just prove it doesnt?

I thought it was a CA18ET pump from an S12 that you were supposed to use?
