power steering mount ka dohc

Information on the naturally-aspirated KA24E and KA24DE engines.

hey im tring to remove my power steering lines but i noticed the steel pipes coming for the rack are held by this little mount and i dont know how to take the clip of or remove the whole mount. i am replacing the pressure side pipes all the way from the rack to the power steering pump.

any help please?

they chould be being held down by either a 15mm nut or 14mm nut

im trying to remove the pipe on the left but the bracket wont let me take it out. btw this is on a rb20 but the piping is still ka rite?

Isn't the bracket held in by a screw?

dude simple. get some dikes (wire cutters) and snip it off. later on use zip ties to keep them 2gether . you'll be ok
