Power Steering issue

Hey all. I have a 1994 J30 with a problem I cannot figure out. I recently had my rack replaced and changed my power steering pump due to loses in power steering, etc. It worked fine for a couple weeks but now it is starting to get real bad when turning the wheel. I went to check the Power steering fluid and noticed fluid drippin from the top of the cap. When I removed the cap there were alot of bubbles in it.

What can I do?

There is air in the system...... Does it make a grinding noise sometimes???

If so, take it somewhere and have them do a PS fluid flush...... By far the easiest method..... I had it done to my car for 30-40......
