Power seat problem on '01 Pathfinder

Of the two screws that make the driver's seat move forward and backward, only the left side screw (nearest the driver's side door) is turning. The screw nearest the console is not. I removed the seat and it looks like the shaft that goes from the motor to that screw is not turning. I found a piece of rubber that looks like a broken o-ring underneath the seat. It looks like it may have been on the shaft where it attaches to the motor. Any ideas on how to repair this?
