does anyone know where your KA's go after a shop does a swap for you? Is there an option to keep it or the shops keeps it? does either one effect the price of the swap?

the shop I used gave me the option to keep it if I wanted to hall it.. otherwise they sell it for scrap metal.

Edit: Neither option changed my swap price
