Possibly developed a lifter tap, what do you think?

Okay so over the weekend i noticed a tapping noise, at first i thought it was coming from driveshaft area so i thought my driveshaft was tapping something (but it happens at idle also). So i asked my dad what it could be and he said a stuck lifter or just lifter knock. Other people said it is a rod knock but it doesnt sound like a rod knock. Ive been told to put a heavier oil in for a while and then change out the oil. Or use marvel mystery oil or whatever it is.

Knocking is on top of the engine, sounds like its coming from timing belt area or intake area. I know the timing belt is fine (i checked it).

I will view that video after school and will let you know. We have the plenum off right now, we were looking for the problem but couldn't find it.
