possible j30 swap

ive been looking into using a j30 engine since ive found them cheaper and more local to me. does anyone know if the internals are the same? mainly im asking about the crank and rods?

i know i will use all the parts that bolt on the na block(oil filter mount, pan,ect.) im looking at just doing a hone job and new pistons and wrist pins if they are the same crank and rods.

The longblock is exactly the same, please search because this has been covered oh so many times.

ok thanks searching now gives alot of indefinate threads. most are just direct swap no tear down.
