I'm thinking of getting a new intake to polish.
so here begins the questions

Are there any benefits from polishing the runners on the upper and lower runners with the stock flowing N/A heads? Am maybe hoping to increase the fuel mileage just at a wee bit.

Also should the whole upper be polished or just the 6 runners in general be done.?
I know this is a time consuming process so it's pretty much the winter project

Port match throttle bodies and lower to upper plenum. Other than that, no one reported this actually doing anything. I think someone on NICO tried and there was no increase. He said he wasted all that time. Ill dig and see what I can find.

But port matching on larger TB's did net an increase, not much though.

Oh ok. So pretty much port matching everything doesn't net much of anything? I personally don't want to spend a whole lot of money on the whole intake unless I'm gonna be porting the heads which. Definitely won't be done for a few years or so. May put on some ported heads at the point where I reseal the engine, as well as other upgrades.
