I had a 2000 jetta that I put 10.3 mm plug wires on and I totaled the car so I took the wires off, and just out of s***s and giggles I put them on my 91 hardbody, does anyone know if this could potentially be bad?

Only if they are resistor wires or not. Not sure if d21 uses resistor wires or not , but if they are and d21 is not or if they are not and d21 is would there be any chance of a problem. if they work you should be good to go. Not sure if the resistance would be enought to cause any troubles.
