Just ground your spark plugs manually. Do this by pulling out each spark plug invidiually and putting them on the coilpack, then have the spark plug touch anywhere on the block. Have a friend, or someone try to turn it on. You shoud see an obvious spark. Based off of what you have told us on how you tested it, it you still don't see any spark from ALL coilpacks, I would assume its your ECU, or wiring on the ignitor.
If some, or 1 coilpack is getting spark, try swapping out coilpacks with the ones that arn't working. You might just have bad coilpacks.
In the FSM there's a way to test the coilpacks as well with a multimeter, its really SIMPLE, I forgot how you do it though, but iirc you just test for resistance.
I had a no spark issue for a while. Ended up being my wiring lol I was stupid and had some wires touching from the ignitor plugs.
