I have a 2006 C6 Corvette, and it has passive locking, that is it locks itself after 10 seconds (give or take), and signals you with a complementary horn toot after you exit with the fob in pocket. Are there any software patches that would allow this on my new 2007 G35X?

Not sure what you mean. If you mean does it lock itself after you exit automatically then no.

If you unlock it and then don't open the door after 20 seconds or so then it locks itself automatically. Or at least my '05 does. Not sure if that is what you are talking about.
