i have a question. since i bought my g35 coupe my passenger window if i hit the auto up will go all the way up and then drop down about 3 inches really fast. i understand its prolly a saftey feature but its also annoying cause sometimes i wont notice it and my window is down all day. is there a way to recalibrate the windows? the drivers side is fine and when i hold the switch for the passenger side just in the up pos it will close fine, but as soon as i try to do it in the auto it wont shut .... grrrr please help :wtf2:

Roll pass window down, roll up with button (non-auto) then hold button up for 10 seconds. Release and all should work fine (or if the swtich does nothing after that, then turn switch off and back on and should be good).

Have to leave your car running or in the on position.

Then hold the up button to roll the window up and continue to hold it for 10 secs after its all the way up.

That should fix it.

If the window switch doesn't do anything after that reset you need to turn the ignition switch off (and make sure the power goes off to the windows, either wait or open the door), then turn the ignition back on and all should be ok.

There is supposed to be a reset button on each window. But you have to take off the door panel, and I'm not sure on the procedure, try a search (here or google).

Usually that problem is just caused by battery being disconnected, but if someone has done some work on that door and didn't reset it with the reset button that would be the issue.
