Couldn't find Oxygen Sensor for CA18ET 200sx Bosch 13276, so instead used Bosch 13091 for 1992 300zx TT VG30DETT Exact Fit; 3 Wire; Heated Sensor.

Although terminals snap together, sensor wire is in a conflicting position. You will need to swap the sensor wire (blue) from the outside to the center position of the terminal on the engine harness side.

Please note: Nissan NA is no longer making many of the gaskets, pumps, ect, for the CA18DE that was in the Pulsar. They should all still be able to be purchased from a parts store though (Advance Auto, O'Reilly, ect)

ARP part numbers The Intake manifold and Rod Bolts are available through Erics Performance Parts on eBay. He doesn't list part numbers and I can't find any. I believe he has found hardware for different applications and is just re-boxing them for the CA.
400-8012 Exhaust Studs
165-5402 Main Stud Kit
151-2801 Flywheel Bolts - Same as a pinto. 6 in a package (The CA needs 8, so you'll have to buy 2 packages and you'll have 4 extra)
202-4702 - UK CA18DET Head Stud Kit
202-4302 - US/JDM CA18DE(T) Head Stud Kit
Head Studs
-Tightening Procedure;Torque in THREE stages: 30 ft-lbs, then 55 ft-lbs, then 80 ft-lbs (using their moly grease).loosen and re-torque THREE MORE times!Heat cycle the studs (start and run to NOT).Let the engine cool down, thoroughly check torque on studs, and tighten as necessary
-NOTE! The head stud above the water pump will sit higher than the other studs. The hole isn't as deep due to clearance issues with the pump housing in the block. How much seems to vary from motor to motor. Because of this you need to add an extra washer to this stud so the nut will not bottom out on the stud. Simpy re-use one of the stock washers.

Someone needs to fix this in the sticky. In front of me I have a 4pk840 (5040330) and a 4pk845 (5040333). Above it shows 5040335 for both the 4pk840 AND 4pk845.

Here:http://web2.impactblue.org/content/disp ... search=117

it shows the;
4pk840 is the PS belt (hicas)
4pk845 is the AC compressor

Searching the web the only nissan listed for the 5040335 is 2.4L Altima A/C compressor belt.

Well since power steering stuff is hard to come by, and I wanted power steering back, I did some research and found the part numbers for all the parts and everything you should need. Here is what I found. (source is www.nissan4u.com)

Power Steering Bracket (to block) - 11940-35F10
Bracket to block bolt (1) - 08081-0451A
Bracket to block bolt (2) - 08081-0651A
P/S Tensioner Bracket - 11941-35F05 [1986 Nissan 200sx CA18ET]
P/S Tensioner Bolt (2) - 08126-8201G [1991 Nissan 240sx KA24DE]
Tensioner "Eye bolt" - 11942-W4410 [1986 Nissan 200sx CA18ET]
Tensioner "Eye bolt" washer- 08915-5361A [1988 Nissan Pulsar NX CA16DE]
Tensioner "Eybe bolt" nut - 08912-7081A [1990 Nissan Hardbody] **ONLY COME IN A PACK OF 10 NUTS**

Also, everyone knows the KA24DE pump works on the CA18DET.

Good luck. That's an OLD engine, and they didn't use very many of them. We never got them in the US and I don't think Canada did either. That's going to be something that comes from Japan, or MAYBE Europe. I don't know for sure if even Europe got that first generation CA18DET.
