I have been looking into a lip option for my K bumper. I found this:http://www.importzx.com/s13bumper.htmLooks pretty cool, maybe you would be interested.

I have been tossing around the Gram Lights 57S Pros with or without the titanium lip..... but definitely the RMC finish for the spokes. More importantly trying to figure out what offset I want to go with. As everyone knows, I am not a stretched tire fan, but I obviously want a good amount of dish. If I had a S13 hatch or a S14, then I wouldn't mind a little stretch. But I just don't care for it on a S13 coupe. I also don't like pulled quarters on a coupe, but love them on a hatch or Zenki. What to do, what to do!?!

I think those are a perfect match for your car. just picturing them in my head has me excited lol. Hope you can find a good enough offset with a good amount of lip and still be able to run a non stretched tire

Yeah, I'm still considering a slight pull on the rear. Problem is I would have to repaint the entire rear of the car. I could spot the white in, but the entire rear would have to be cleared...... since the roof, C-pillars and quarters all connected.

how about 18x9 +20 for the front18x10 +20 for the rear

57s pro with titanium lip, to match your seats

not sure on tires.

i might do 235/35255/35

Those sizes are about square on those wheel sizes, and then you could fit them under stock fenders without much of a pull or camber.

I was thinking of something around those sizes for wheels, but I really don't want to run a narrower tire than what I already have. I run a 265 now and it tucks with really no room to spare. And tons of stupid camber is not an option for this car. That 10" +20 would stick out another 30mm over what I have now..... so that would be a pretty big pull and some camber.

We'll just have to wait and see what I decide.

p.s. It's funny that you think a 255 is "square" on a 10" wide wheel. I can tell I am in stretched tire hell. A 275 would be square, or maybe even a 285. I run a 265 on a 9.5" now. I guess you did say "about" square though.

It has to be mounted to the windshield. I simply cut the old arm off flush with the plastic cover. That way the cover still has something to snap to. If you were going to recover your headliner, like I am about to do, then you could just go right over the hole and ditch the arm and cover all together.

This could be your chance to switch to drag radials? That way you can run the slightly narrower tire AND have traction in 3rd. I don't know what sizes those wheels come in, but I'm pretty sure 10" +20 is NOT the way to go. We should throw Zeller's TE's on there sometime.

That suede fabric you've got on your center console, do you also have it on the glovebox and door panel trim? If so where'd ya get it and whats it called? I've been struggling trying to adhere fabrics to those locations, especially the panels. 3m spray adhesive or something?

well, i was just thinking 255mm = 10.04 inches.i have seen a 235/35 on an 18x9 and there wasn't really a stretch.

everyone has their own style though.im assured that it will look good either way though.

Nope!

But they do have new stuff trickling out. The Defi Control Unit III is now out. My gauges have actually been discontinued. So who knows what new stuff they may come out with!?!

Love the seats, its going to look amazing. On a 1 - 10 scale I think you deserve and 11 because no one will have an interior quite as sexy as yours.

As for wheels, those are so sexy. I saw a Lexus for sale with the titanium lip, and it looks good with white plus it will match the seats like said above.

On a side note I also sent you an e-mail about crossovers, I always trust your word.

Probably not. One of the new gauges is simply the BF only in the blue color.... no thanks!

A little update:

Figured I would knock out the armrest and glove box real quick. This material is SUPER easy to work with..... I love it! Next up are the door card inserts. I am stalling on upholstering the rear seat if you couldn't tell

These are crappy pics that I took, I'll have Kyle take real ones when I get it all done.

Old suede material pulled off:

Lined up on the new material and ready to wrap:

Done and done:

Glove box material marked and lined up:

All finished:

That looks rad. Real subtle logos. So spray adhesive, and what do you use to keep it in place? I've never taken apart an s13 glove box door, or an arm rest, do you just pinch it in there?

I use an industrial spray adhesive first off. For a permanent bond I spray both mating surfaces. I then let that tack up for at least 30 minutes. Other spray adhesives may vary in tack up time. You then lay it on there and work your way to the corners/edges etc. When you need to work around a corner/edge you can pull the material while you work the material flat with your thumb. Then once you have it like I do in the 2nd picture, you can simply spray some more adhesive around the inside edge of the plastic and the material. Let that set up for a while and then work the material over the edge. You can then trim it on the inside if necessary. I did not in this case, but I have wrapped a million things in my time. Then simply screw the plastic backings back on.

Looking very good. You should paint your faded glove box handle. I did when i re upholstered my box in vinyl and am glad I did. Also, did you get your material to contour where the handle goes, or did you add another piece in? I couldn't get mine to stay, and when I thought it was about to work, the hair dryer I was using melted through the vinyl, so I trimmed it and matched another piece in.

That Bride fabric came foam backed like that? or all automotive fabric is like that?

I love the look of that it really looks awesome you do some nice work. I need to find something that looks like that minus the Bride logo since I don't have anything else Bride in my car that would probably be lame to use the fabric. Did you buy the fabric online?

Looks great Broadfield.

How do you get the fabric to wrap smoothly around the corners. I never could get it when doing the door panels.

Also, how did you do your sun visors? I was thinking about re-upholstering those.
