I used the search to try and find if Anyones done this before. Couldn't find anything.

But has anyone painted any piece of their dashboard yet?Just wanna see what it looks like.

If not I'll make a DIY on it

If you could post a picture that would be great...

I'm just curious of what it will look like before I start.

I asked the same question a few months ago. There are a few more pictures out there. Tyler_of_spain did the center portion of his in gray to match the sides.

Try this....http://forums.nissanversa.org/zerothread?id=414224

That's interesting... Not my thing though as I like my interior as it is, however, the red does look good.

How in the hell do you get off those pieces off. lol

I got the whole center console piece off but I can't seem to get off the piece below the airbag (with the vent) and the one to the left of the tachometer.

Also I can't get either of the pieces off of the door. I looked at all the posted links and searched and I can't find anything saying how to get the pieces off.

Please help!

the piece below the air bag has a screw inside the right vent, remove the vent then then screw, there is also a tab that you have to get it over on the far right side by the door pilar. As far as the door ones go, it is just pressure holding them in really, just take a small flat screw driver and carefully pry it up

I got a part of my dash painted today thank god, but due to work and me feeling ill I haven't gotten around to taking the last couple of pieces off.

Sorry that I have been asking you a million questions about this but how do I take out that vent? I'm guessing that there is a screw back there somewhere. I took out my glovebox but am still having some troubles. Also is the one of the left the same as the one on the right or does it just pop off?

How do you get the silver lining off that goes around your shifter? Is it possible to take off the silver lining around the tachometers?

Thanks in advanced and sorry for all of the questions.

I know it's been a little bit but here are some updated pictures of what I have done so far. I have more to do but just don't have the time to figure out how to get them off. lol

Let me know what you think.

Not too shabby! Are you going to paint the body color orange too? That would be sick and you'll be the first orange Versa on this site and probably the first one.

I was originally planning on painting the exterior Orange but now I think that it would be just too much. Orange springs, Orange interior, Orange underglow, and the list goes on and on. lol

My idea for my exterior paints job is as follows -Impul Body Kit -Black Matte Finish -Orange Vinyl Decal -I was also thinking about getting a little tiny spoiler for the back but idk. I think sedans look really sleek without them. We will see how it goes though.

Looks great dood, I thought it would turn out pretty ricey, but I like it.

I like your direction to go with all the orange accents from the springs to the interior.

Keep it up!

That looks sick.I'm planning on doing mine in Blue to match the LEDs I installed in the foot wells and whatnot. If anyone has done this, can you include the kind of paint you used and the cost? I want to do the center console, the dash panel above the glove box, and the handle covers. Let me know if you've had success with this!
