Thanks AJ-SPEC. I won't go as far to say screw the haters because it is all good all the time unless you are a ricer asking for it.

some simple and quick suggestions for paint j00r rims:

1. take ur car to a 'do urself' car wash, spray purple clean on the wheels, and blast them good with a pressure washer. the spray again and clean with a rag in all the corners, rinse again.

2. take the wheels off

3. using some kind of wax, apply a heavy coat to the tires.

4. if u plan on leaving a silver lip, apply a heavy coat of wax to the lip

5. at home depot get some red scuff pads or some 3m's

6. scuff the wheels with the pad to make a proper painting surface.

7 . paint the wheels. more distance and less paint makes texture...closer with more paint makes a smooth finish

8. once the paint has sat for 20-30 mins, wipe off the wax from the tire/lip.

and thats it.
