I own a 2011 m37x with 180k
For 2 years ita been great. Literally zero issues
Car has no leaks at all
No problems that i could find besides light sensor and heater core servos constantly moving..

Anyway
Yesterday as i was leaving my house the tcm light came on
It went to limp mode and started shifting hella rough
I drove for few miles like that until i could stop
Restarted the car and it all went away
Drives fine now

Checked with scanner later that day and it showed p006a and p0101 codes
And old code c1130
There was never a check engine light just tcm
I do smash on the car sometimes but not like i would on a honda.

Never owned nissan so i dont know if these codes combo for something specific

The C1130 is nothing to worry about, it's just the ABS saying it stopped getting an RPM signal from the engine. Lots of engine codes will cause it, and it goes away by itself once the underlying problem in the engine is resolved. The P006A and P0101 are related. P006A is the ECM saying there's a conflict between the MAF (Mass Airflow) readings and the MAP (Manifold Pressure) readings. P0101 indicates a nonsensical reading from the bank1 MAF sensor with reference to the MAP, MAF2, and A/F (front O2) readings. Put them together and it means MAF1 had a problem. That could be as simple as a bug or piece of lint in the airstream which hit the MAF and then fell out when you killed and restarted the engine. I'd start with replacing your air filters, cleaning any debris from your airboxes, and hitting both MAF's with some MAF cleaner spray.

Air filters are brand new
And mafs are clean i checked them when replaced air filters

There is a noise in my pass side throttle body
when i tap on it sounds like a metal spring vibrating
But no codes and no other issues ever recorded
Im suspicious of that noise

Why would transmission start "bump" shifting because of that\thats what im more concerned with tbh.

It's not impossible for a throttle body problem to cause P0101's, but usually you'll get a TPS code along with it. The funky shifting is probably just an artifact of the ECM not sending an RPM signal to the TCM.
