oxygen sensor problem

my car turns on but when in gear in turns off... i hear it could be a oxygen sensor, help plz

Far too many things but I would check the MAF sensor and Idle Air Control Valve. Are there any Check Engine Light codes?

no i changed the maf sensor its new... the only light i have on is the security light....

Did you check the IACV? Clean it out. Clean every connector under the hood for corrosion and fill back up with electrical grease. Do you have an aftermarket air intake (popcharger)? Also check for vacuum leaks: broken vacuum lines, manifold leaks. We need more info.

i really dont know where the iacv is, can you post a pick of it or where it is that could help, thanks.. also no its the stock intake....

Have you tried checking for ECU codes?
