I have a 96 Q45 and the drivers side post cat o2 sensor needs help, can I cleen it, if how do I. The car has 115,000 miles on it.thanks richard

Typically, it's time to just replace them. Check out http://www.sparkplugs.com for a good aftermarket source, or http://www.everythinginfiniti.com for discounted OEM parts.
