anyone know where theres an acurate list of what options came with what packages for the Z in 03? (base, track, etc.) and/or any other easy way to tell what one i got??? just curious

-6spd-heated leather seats (not 100% sure theyre factory installed)-no nav or bose-lemans sunset-VDC is the only button down there

not sure what other equipment would have been optional in 03... s'why i was wonderin if theres a list out there

Leather seats only came with the touring. But touring package came with bose system so i bet you have performance package

im not thinkin theyre factory though. heres a pic of the fuse panel. if i pull the 2 red wires, the heated seats are knocked out.... so im guessin im lookin at a baser, but still dont really know for sure. oh yeah, no brimbos



for the record , i also think thats a joke of a way to wire heated seats & intend to redo it once i get enough cash to do the wiring for a sub/subs. i dont even think theyre fused! not sure which side of the fuse is the constant hot side.

well, uh... thanks for spell checkin me i guess ... in the meantime, im pretty sure ive figured out im sittin in a performance trimmed Z... this is what i went off of if anyone else is in doubt on there setup or thinks it might be off...

Actually that's not a HORRIBLE way to wire things in, looks like the person just tapped another fuse. All that means is the fuse will blow alot quicker since your running more electricity through it. There's also a kit just for tapping into an unused fuse location in the fuse panel that is a weird head that lets you slide a blade fuse through into a fuse box (I just used fuse waaay too much). I had a few things tapped like that in my old car and they worked fine, and the fuses worked fine too (blew one to my radar detector)

yeah, its gets the job done, but what worries me is im not sure what side is the fused side and what side ties into the constant hot.... need to get a test light & check before it gets cold... i got awhile for that though.

id think a heavier gage wire wouldnt be a bad idea either... seems kinda thin to run a seat heater off of to me. (im guessin 16-14)
