Possibly migrating from my 01 Turbo S2000. I've been looking at 370z for quite awhile and today I went to finally test drive one and see how everything felt.

2009 Nismo, with 83K miles. Car looked very clean overall and pulled nicely, handled tight, and everything seemed solid. They're asking $21K. The only downside for me here is how many miles it has. Also, I'm not sure what rims those are (look like TE37s?) but I haven't seen them on any other 370s, including Nismo, and I really like how they look on this car.

Let me know what your opinions on this are. It's very difficult for me to find color combinations that I'm happy with on this car, coupled with interior amenities.

Any input is appreciated. I'm going to reply to this with some other Craigslist 370s that are in my area, but I have different issues with some of those.

Here's a 2011, so 2 years newer and has the addition of the oil cooler. Only 31K miles too, so 50K less than the 09 Nismo. Downside is this car has been modded with intake/exhaust/suspension, and ideally I'd like to find one closer to stock just so I know exactly where everything sits when I start out with the car. I also don't really like the Sparco shift boot or knob, but that wouldn't be too difficult to change. However, the Nismo that I already checked out in person has already spoiled me to it's nice red stitched interior and seats.

Another Nismo. Only 18K miles, modded but at least this one has everything listed. More expensive than other models I'm looking at though, probably out of my price range unless I could talk them down to at LEAST 25K.

There's honestly not a lot of other 370s in my area that I'm interested in. Most are automatics as well, which I definitely do not want.

Nevermind. Car in my OP has replica TE37's, probably Rota's.

Missing out on the factory forged rims + the mileage no thanks.

I would shop for a nismo. I think they look better and the price difference right now is minimal but will likely depreciate a bit slower than the standard models. If you go standard model make sure you get the sport package with the big brakes and big wheels, the cost difference between models is minimal but the cost of modifying a base model car is far more expensive than buying a nicely options car.

I just picked up a 2014 base coupe 6MT with 10k miles in perfect condition for 23k. 21k for an 09 model with the miles on it is way high, Nismo or not. The Nismo just doesn't add enough IMO to warrant that kind of price jump.
