Just saw this on ebay and thought you guys might get a kick out of it

i say we all get some. Screw the sr's and turbo ka's. If we just get these we will be able to buy bigger wings, more colorful stickers, and maybe some interior paint.

these things are EVERYF***INGWHERE in the east bay of cali right now. i dropped some wheels off at a friend's house in emeryville and it's like the place has been invaded by aliens from Planet Ghetto or something... you'll hear it way before you're close enough to see the car, sometimes from 3 or 4 different directions at once... (it does NOT sound like a turbocharger.)

it was deemed newsworthy about two weeks ago, and of course they had to find the most brilliant local they could to interview...

Does it suprise any of you? If someone gave me that idea, I'd market it. I bet the guy that came up with it has a bunch of money (which he used to get a REAL turbo, no doubt.)

at least the ricers here dont have those yet. Though in cheyenne we are getting more tastefully done imports and even a SR swapped S13. But there are still a ton o ricers

thats why we are here. the (for the most part) professionals in here know what they are wanting for the cars. In my case i just can;t wait tell the summer so that i can get my RB20...drool drool drool. HMMM...then it will be me and the other south Jersey cats in here clean out the rice bowls.

The only way i would ever buy that would be to put it in a friends car as a joke, and even then, i would still have a hard time spending 20 bucks on something so stupid.

lol its almost as bad as those electric turbos that have out there, or the fake blowoff valve sound from a speaker in ur engine bay

Might want to get a fake intercooler in case they decide to check your grill. They sell those too. 100% plastic

Actually, there's a kit out there that puts a big pannel air filter that looks like an intercooler in the grill and has an electric BOV noise maker that wires into your TPS. Nothing like screwing with vital engine sensors to impress the girlies.

$20 is steep, I'm going to pay $10 for that fuel line magnet.
