One more Differential question for 92Q - Q45tech?

Hey guys

I found a very low mileage replacement diff for mom's '92Q (manufactured 4/92). The replacement is from an 11/90 car, and the guy's computer says that it won't work, but I know from previous emails that 90-93's are the same. Can someone confirm that it will work? Both models are non-TC.

Active and TCS use one model and standard Q use another version.
