well, because there are varying opinions out as to the safety of using springs not designed for a particular setup. Springs are not universal, no matter what a manufacturer tries to tell you... that's why companies like Eibach spend so much time in R&D developing a progressive spring set specific for a particular vehicle. If the Eibach springs for the 2.5 and 3.5 A/c are not the same, and are not recommended to be used interchangeably, then why would you expect springs designed for a previous generation of a vehicle (the 4door version no less) to be perfectly interchangeable.PhEnoM78 wrote:

None of it was made for the AC.. Fox marketing just slapped together parts from all different stuff to make a show car.One Crazy Max wrote:about the camber kit..
is it made for our car, or is it from another car.
i need to buy a camber kit as well, so i would like to know what car it is from.
I got eibachs and even I'm worried about my suspension. I'm always scared ill be doing 80+ and hit some pothole while my whole strut comes apart :\rjdmmfl1 wrote:

So, will the springs fit... probably! Would I trust them on a highway at 90+ mph on my vehicle? PHHUUUUUCK No, but that's just me. The thing is, people do things with/to springs on their vehicles all the time that they probably shouldn't... and most of the time, nothing terrible happens to their cars. I personally don't consider myself a suspension expert, and when i've spoken to suspension experts from two differnt companies, they both individually warned against using springs not specifically designed/tested/and custom made for my vehicle.
Some folks here may not agree with that, and they may respond by saying that itys OK to use springs from other generations of the same vehicle... but I don't think any of those people are suspension experts either!
Brian actually never owned the white Altima coupe. It was owned by Turbochargers.com, I purchased it from them.mcheddadi wrote:
