I know that ebay turbos suck but the saying goes "you get what you paid for." I saw this turbo for a lil cheaper than a garett. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...l1247 Does anybody have any experience w/ these??

spa turbos are great, alot of the competive drifters use them, and so will i, i'll be replacing my leaky gt28r for the spa, the warrenty is great, one of the guys drove it with no filter destroied the turbo, and spa knew the turbo was abused, but they still worked out a new turbo for the guy. I'm running their intercooler, bov, cry02 system and their fpr. They localy based to me, and i got nothing bad to say about them, the castings are made in brazil the interenals are from europe, they also are know as biasio spell check on that, they make alot of oem replacement turbos in europe and south america. We have one in our 2jz s13, one on my CA soon, one on our KA-T. I'ed say their quality and castings are equil to that off turbonetics.

So would I compare their turbos to the GT series by the A/R? Cause I'm looking for power comparable to GT28R

yes their a/rs are comparible to the GT series they have 2 turbo sizes for our app, they offer 2 a/rs they have the 4700GTS which is was the drifters are using, its a higher flow version of the GT25, then they offer the 6300GTS which is about the size of the GT28, the 4700gts is a 47 a/r and the 6300 is a 63 a/r. the 4700 is rated to 300hp, and the 6300 is rated to 320hp
