1993 SE coupe... KA

I'm tires of my speedo, odo, and dash lights not working, so I've found a place willing to let me pull an analog cluster from another 240. I know I need to pull the wiring sub-harness out as well, but I was wondering, perhaps from someone else who has done this, how much of the harness is needed? All the way to the main harness on the passenger side? Also, I am going to see about getting a digi cam so that I can document this, and get it posted somewhere. I am hoping to get the cluster tomorrow or saturday, so any immediate info/tips would be awesome!
