Oil spray and smoking engine!

Ok, I was dropping off my co-worker and noticed my car was smoking from the engine! I pulled over and checked it out. When I popped the hood, the oil and smoke were coming out of the dip stick port! What just happend? I also noticed that smoked came out of my tail pipe when I started it again. Oil is all over the place!

Any tips on how to clean it off? Any idea what could be causing this?

HELP PLEASE! out of warranty and I would rather fix it by myself than paying some mechanic to do it!

did you pour oil down the dipstick tube when you did an oil change? where is the dipstick? If it was in the tube, it shouldn't be coming out that way.

My dipstick was in the tube, but was not flush when I popped my hood to look at the smoke. Im trying to do a compression test on it. But I need a thin tester, I have the one from Napa but it is too thick. (In diameter)
