oil pump $250?

does this sound right for a decent new one? that is from kragen, (and it will take up to 10 days for it to get here)

anyone else have a good source for a CA18 oil pump?

They are $280 Canadian and it usually takes 2 days to get.

Call your local Auto zone if you live in the USA and see if you can get a better price. I hear Auto Zone have good deals/prices.

Wow, that sux. Nissan charged me Y15000 for mine, try Nissan directly and see if they can beat that price.

oem nissan is cheaper for the oil pump, but they are all back orderd like crazy.

wow thats not good, I got mine in a few days when I ordered it towards the end of last year.

other than the possible backorder issue, you can just get the CA18DE FWD oil pump, direct from any nissan dealer, as has been mentioned.

I'm running a FWD CA oil pump on mine w/o issuse so far. I got mine in pretty short order, but that was in december.

What's the part number on the oil pump, I'll check my local nissan dealership.
