oil pan clerance problem help

ok i just got a 240 ka 98 engine and tranferring it into my 00 frontier bbut the oil pan is hitting my stabalizer bar and steering colunm cant use the old pan from my truck because the shape is slightly off and the pick up is on the front of the new engine not like the old engine where the pick up is on the back see please any sudggestions would be appreciated thanks
