If the oil is coming from above the alternator, no. If coming from below, then quite possible. A little more info would be great. Has the 120k been done? What's the mileage? Pictures are worth a thousand words, if you can get a decent snap.

Are you 100% sure its oil? Keep in mind that the PS high pressure hose crimp connection is a common place for a leak, located right next to the Alt.

Its above im really sure bc it leaks on the top of the alternator and down on the motor mount i will post pics later today and no the power steering belt isnt on it and has no fulid in the resivor and my oil pressure runs good when i add oil but quickly goes to about 4 psi! But when added runs 30 to 40 psi at idle and i dont know it looks like the 120k has been done i would like to know what all is in the list of the 120k i know the timing belt has been changed and all valve covers car has 174k

If it's coming from above, it's coming from either the head or the cam seals. Or the VTC seals.

If it's the head, that's looking at probably 6 to 8 hours labor with an experienced mechanic.

No. There's many different ways a head gasket can fail, both internally (milky oil) and externally leaking. And you wouldn't necessarily lose power either.

The only way to tell is to pull the covers off and see where the oil is coming from.

They would allow oil into the intake. Nothing external unless you have a broken or cracked hose, which is also common, but you'd see that leak ON the timing belt covers, not IN them.

Unless they were completely blocked, in which case crankcase pressure could have built up and caused other problems, like blowing your dipstick out.
