Oil in the gas tank??

Uh, so what happens to a car if someone happens to dump a quart of oil in your gas tank?

You get to drop your gas tank and flush your whole fuel system.

Would the car even start or would it just smoke like crazy and run really ****ty? Will it permanently screw the injectors too?

I would think that it would clog the hell out of the injectors and not even start. You might be able to clean the injectors but its going to be a LOT of work to fix.

Its just a hypothetical. But if you knew what this guy has done to my girl, you would ask me why bother stopping with just his car. How far would you go to protect your family? This is tame in comparison with what I would like to do to him....sigh.

Well, I tried that and he refuses to meet me and works out of his home, so he never leaves. I cant camp outside his apartment for a week at a time hoping he gets off his fat *** to go buy groceries at some point...And I fully respect your opinion and I agree and usually go by that code as well, but he drives an old beater, not a nice a car at all, so what do I care? At this point, I'm ready to do something serious. He's been warned and yet he broke into her house AGAIN and lucky she wasn't there this time, but I'll be dammed if this happens again. I don't take sexual assault lightly...I don't know anyone who does to be honest. He will keep doing this until something happens. If he has no car, he cant very well drive over there to try anything now can he? See my logic?

If you had over a half tank of gas I doubt it would do anything but smoke a bit. Might even lube up your injectors real nice. I doubt it would do anything a fuel additive wouldn't undo.

If you add enough the car would smoke heavily, misfire, or not start. Maybe burn the cat up too.

Since he knows nothing about cars at all, I will probably just pop his hood and disconnect his MAF or unplug his distributor, but Im gonna do SOMEthing. Im sick of messed up people doing whatever they want and getting away with it...

You need to get your girl to file a complaint with the police man. It probably wont do anything drastic immediately. They might send a cop to this guys house and talk to him, that might make this guy back off. It will at least get a file started. If the **** happens again, and she keeps telling the police about it eventually they will arrest his *** and your GF will have her day in court. You should just get your girl to kick him in the nads next time he touches her, as hard as physically possible.

As hard as it is, the best thing for you to do is support your girl and be with her when she files the police report. Anything else and your risking your own freedom over a poor excuse for a human being.
