Got any sources for the return line(steel)? I saw that had it but it had couplers on the end. Just need the hose because it will be cut to length anywayz.

on my feed i have it set up with just the 8mm pipe thread to the block with an AN fittin to the line on the other side. im not runnin the oil sensor. im pretty sure it just makes my oil light come on and nothing to do with the way the ecu reads anything. also i have installed a restrictor on the other side of the feed were it goes into the turbo but i have no idea if my turbo had a built in restrictor. if it does is that possibly bad. my turbo is an xs power t3/04E.

I know steel prices are sky high right now.

Anybody have similar info for a return line?

I searched the hose source web site (great site by the way) for similar items to make a -10an or 5/8" return line. This is what I came up with

Hose: just like the one pictured but 5/8" ID and 3/4" fixed male threads on both ends. I don't know what length is needed.

#5723K181

Fitting: 90 degree female to male swivle. Just like the one screwed into the turbo above but 3/4" threads. This sucker is 2" long so it should give good clearance.

#5340K37

3/4" seems like awfully big thread to have to work with but if you want 5/8 ID that's what you get. Is this typical of return lines? Anyway, that's what I came up with so far. Second opinions and additional input are welcome.

FYI, if you are doing the return line i would suggest going with a custom made 5/8 ID hydraulic line from your neighborhood supplier. The 12 inch return is to short, and the 18 inch line is to long(from MCmaster). I think my custom line is about 14-15 inchs. The 90 degree is fine for your oil pan, but the line itself is ng. Hope this saves someone else from waisting some cash ^^.

hmm... i have an aftermarket oil press. sending unit in my stock oil pressure seding unit location, so that leaves the oil pan for running an oil line to the turbo right? theres no room by the sending unit for a T-fitting, im using a 90* elbow. so what should i do, just unbolt the oil pan, drill n tap it, or weld a bung in?? i going turbo very soon
