Oil Check Valve

I'm rebuilding an NA block with TT internals. One of the oil check valves in the oil filter mount needs to be replaced. I'm going to put a TT oil filter extension onto it which has the check valves in it. So the NA block can have the check valves plugged. Does any one know how to get the check valves out?

I'd look in the fsm, should have details there I'd hope...
