Oil Changing Tip

Just thought I'd pass on a tip that I've been using for many years when changing oil.

For an easy funnel to re-fill your oil take a Listerine bottle - 1.5 Liter size, cut off the bottom & screw it into the oil fill hole. The threads are the perfect size, the funnel stays put & you can rest the oil can upside down in it to let it drain.

I even save the cap to screw back on when I'm done with a paper towel in the other end before I throw it into my oil changing stuff.

(It was time for the first oil change & wanted to make sure it worked for the Coupe like it did on my Maxima & Stanza so that's why the delay in this post.)

Interesting pointer. Never would have thought of that. I guess if your in jam and you don't have a funnel this would work quite nicely

Nice tip, i myself is using a funnel but i use an empty bottle of distilled water cut it in half then screw on the engine oil filler hole.
